SquarePet® VFS Skin & Digestive Support formula has been designed by SquarePet’s team of veterinary professionals to support food sensitivities/ingredient intolerances. VFS Skin & Digestive Support formula for dogs is a unique, limited ingredient, hydrolyzed protein dog food. Similar to proteins used in some infant formulas, hydrolyzed proteins are proteins that have been broken down into smaller components. The result is an exceptionally digestible protein source that can be beneficial for dogs that may be sensitive to common pet food ingredients.

Veterinarians are witness to the ill effects that poor nutrition can have on our beloved pets — from the
inside and out. This has led me to take my experiences as a practicing veterinarian to develop pet foods
that first do no harm, and then attempt to maximize the nutritional benefits from high quality ingredients
and formula combinations. As an owner and co-founder of SquarePet™ I am committed to our sole mission to
create nutrition products to provide a healthier, longer, and happier life full of playing and
companionship for all of our beloved pets.
I have a GSP that has a lot of GI issues and he’s been on this food for 3 months. For reference when he was on other food he had loose stool, lots of dandruff, and losing lots a hair. After 3 months of being on this food everything is so much better all across the board! No more loose stool, no more dandruff, and not losing nearly as much hair! He loves the taste of it as well and we even have the treats! I love the ingredients as well. I’m so happy my local feed store manager recommended this food. This food has helped my dog so much and would recommend anyone to give it a try specially with GI issues. Make sure to give it at least 2 months!

My GSD absolutely loves her new food.
It is too soon to comment on the allergy issues like scratching, however, Mako, my GSD absolutely loves the taste. I could even use it for treats. I need this transition to be a slow one. We are up to 50/50 with the Canadian HP. No vomiting or diarrhea. Another 3 to 4 weeks and she will be 100% on the Skin and Digestive HP and then we will see how it goes. These things take time to do it right.

Sarge loves the dry dog food for sensitive stomach and allergies
Sarge loves the dry dog food for sensitive stomach and allergies, but absolutely NOT the canned hydrolyzed pork can food.
