Customer Service = zero

Wish I could get some help with changing my address. I’ve now had two orders go astray. Also takes about TWELVE DAYS from shipment/payment to delivery. Seems to be unusual in today’s world.

Answer to our prayers!

Our Kirby has suffered with digestive problems since puppyhood. She was diagnosed with IBD at 1 year old, and despite medication and prescription food, she still clearly suffered.
When I found this food last year, the change to her was marked and immediate. She now eats heartily; before, she refused more meals than she ate. She has had one flare in the year I have fed this, and she recovered much faster than ever before. I attribute this improvement to this hydrolyzed pork formula. If you have a dog with recurrent vomiting and diarrhea, give this formula a try. I tell every dog parent and vet I meet about this great food.
